    Partnership Terms

    PARTNERSHIP BENEFITS

    MARKETING

    ProPricer may provide the Partnering Company with potential sales leads for in the Partner’s Territory and Markets if opportunities develop through ProPricer’s sales cycle.

    ProPricer may, in its sole discretion, list information about the Partnering Company and/or it’s services in ProPricer’s internal partnership database and newsletters. The Partnering Company is responsible for providing the appropriate information to ProPricer for this purpose. ProPricer reserves the right to suggest edits and approve the Partnering Company’s content that appears.

    ProPricer will provide Partnering Company with the ProPricer Partner logo to utilize on emails, collateral, signage and other promotional items. Partnering Company may use ProPricer logos subject to written approval and commitment to follow ProPricer’s guidelines for use.

    Consulting and Technology Partners may be invited by ProPricer, in its sole discretion, to participate in certain marketing events hosted by ProPricer. ProPricer is not responsible for any costs associated with participation in any such event.

    Marketing events, such as webinars, are open all Partnerships.

     

    TRAINING

    Consulting Partners will receive complimentary training courses with respect to ProPricer’s Software within six months of signing on to the Partnership Program. Consulting Partners must choose from the current Regional Training offerings listed on the training schedule.

    Technology and Referral Partners may take training courses with respect to ProPricer Software at the current list prices or as otherwise agreed between parties.

     

    TECHNICAL SUPPORT

    Consulting and Technology Partners will receive access to ProPricer’s Technical Support.

    For Consulting Partners, ProPricer Technical Support will offer best practice recommendations and basic support for the software interface, installation, and troubleshooting.

    For Technology Partners, ProPricer’s Integration Team will offer basic support to assist with software integration.

    All other software support and maintenance may be provided on a time and materials basis (fees may be required).

     

    PARTNER REQUIREMENTS

    The Partnering Company must pay the applicable Partner Program Fee.

    The Partnering will assign a main point of contact to handle all activities in relation to ProPricer’s Partnership Program.

    Partnering Company will display the ProPricer logo (subject to ProPricer use guidelines) and ProPricer description on their website and provide a link from Partner's website to the ProPricer website. (where applicable)

    Partner will document and provide to ProPricer success stories/case studies involving ProPricer Products, with reference to ProPricer Products and its benefits.

    Partnering Companies will exchange information and materials relating to the marketing of each other's products and/or services.

    Partnering Company is solely responsible for the accuracy and non-infringement of the Partner Content, whether or not ProPricer has elected to review or has approved.

    Referral Partners must abide by the Referral Program Guidelines.
